基于OBE理念的旅游管理专业《旅游新媒体营销与运营》课程能力培养改革研究

随着短视频平台、社交媒体平台和内容社区深度介入旅游信息传播与消费决策过程,旅游营销的运行逻辑已由传统媒介环境下的单向宣传逐步转向内容生产、平台分发、用户互动与数据反馈相互嵌套的新模式。与行业变革相比,当前旅游管理专业在新媒体营销与运营能力培养方面仍存在课程目标表达不清、教学内容更新不足、实践训练偏弱以及评价方式单一等问题,学生虽然掌握了一定的旅游市场营销基础知识,但在内容策划、账号运营、用户洞察、数据复盘和营销优化等方面普遍缺少系统训练。基于成果导向教育理念,文章从岗位能力需求出发,对旅游新媒体营销与运营能力的内涵与构成进行界定,并围绕“学习成果—教学活动—评价反馈”构建课程设计框架,进一步提出任务驱动、项目递进、平台嵌入和多元评价相结合的课程实施路径。研究认为,OBE理念有助于推动课程由知识传授型结构转向能力达成型结构,促进学生在内容表达、平台理解、数据分析与运营执行等方面形成更具岗位适配性的综合能力。本文可为应用型院校旅游管理专业课程改革与数字文旅人才培养提供参考。
