基于OBE理念的《旅游策划实务》课程重构研究——以旅游管理专业策划能力培养为导向

在文旅深度融合、产品更新加快与消费需求持续分化的背景下,旅游行业对旅游管理专业人才的能力要求,正由“熟悉业务流程”进一步转向“能够开展项目策划与方案表达”。与岗位需求相比,当前《旅游策划实务》课程仍存在培养目标偏知识化、教学内容偏章节化、任务训练偏零散化、评价方式偏终结化等问题,导致学生虽掌握一般策划流程,却难以在真实或模拟情境中完成项目分析、主题提炼、内容设计与成果汇报。基于成果导向教育理念,文章围绕旅游策划岗位能力需求,对《旅游策划实务》课程的目标体系、内容模块、实施过程与评价机制进行系统重构,构建“任务牵引—项目递进—过程反馈—成果输出”的教学闭环。研究认为,该课程改革的关键不在于简单增设案例或压缩理论内容,而在于围绕可观察、可评价、可迁移的学习成果,实现课程目标、教学内容、教学实施与考核评价的一体化设计。在此基础上,文章提出真实项目导入、阶段任务训练、案例拆解与作品互评、校地协同实践及多元评价联动等实施路径,以期为旅游管理专业应用型课程改革及旅游策划能力培养提供参考。
