人工智能赋能教育管理决策的机制与实践路径

摘要

随着数字经济与智能技术的快速发展，人工智能（Artificial Intelligence, AI）逐渐成为推动教育治理现代化的重要技术力量。教育管理决策正从经验导向逐步转向数据驱动与智能支持。本文在梳理相关理论的基础上，系统分析人工智能赋能教育管理决策的作用机制，并从实践层面探讨其应用路径与优化策略。研究发现，人工智能通过数据整合、智能分析与动态反馈，显著提升教育管理决策的科学性与精准性，但同时也面临数据安全、算法偏见与伦理风险等挑战。文章提出从制度建设、技术应用与人才培养等方面推进人工智能与教育管理的深度融合。
