This article presents an exclusive interview with Hu Huiping, Chairwoman of Suzhou Lu Shifu Furniture, systematically reviewing the company's practices and philosophies in brand building, strategic transformation, technological innovation, international development, and the integration of tradition with modernity. Upholding the "Century Craftsman" spirit and adhering to the tenet of "People-oriented, Innovation, Win-win," Lu Shifu successfully transitioned from solid wood customization to whole-house customization in 2018, introducing Italian designer brands and integrating European light luxury concepts into traditional Chinese furniture. The company has established a professional R&D team, collaborated with Zhejiang University and other institutions for industry-academia-research cooperation, and expanded its market through new media channels. In 2018, Hu Huiping was awarded the "UN 2018 Global Business Excellence Female Entrepreneur" award, marking a significant step in the brand's internationalization. The article illustrates Lu Shifu's development path of maintaining craftsmanship while embracing modern technology and globalization, striving to become a paragon of domestic and international brands.
