This study examines the full-process interior design practice of Yihuang County Cultural Center in Fuzhou City, addressing the prevalent challenges of cultural continuity loss and homogenization in county-level public cultural architecture. Grounded in spatial narrative theory, it develops a three-phase cultural translation methodology (decoding-extraction-reconstruction) to transform Yihuang's three core cultural elements—natural landscapes, traditional opera, and Zen Buddhism—into distinctive spatial languages for three cultural venues: a performance center, library, and cultural hall. The outcome is a public cultural space system embodying "harmonious integration of landscapes and cultural symbiosis," offering replicable design references for localized cultural architecture in similar county-level contexts.
