In the context of academic internationalization, the ability to write English SCI papers has become an essential core competency for researchers. This study aims to systematically analyze the standard structure of SCI papers and their inherent logical connections, integrate existing research on academic discourse structure, writing paradigms, and publication strategies, and construct a logical framework applicable to writing English SCI papers, providing researchers with guidance throughout the entire process from topic selection and conception to publication. Analysis shows that SCI papers follow a core narrative logic of "introduction-methods-results-discussion-conclusion": the methods section emphasizes the reproducibility of the methodology, the results section objectively presents the empirical results objectively, the discussion section explains the significance of the results within a broader academic context, and the conclusion clearly extracts the core viewpoints of the research. Research indicates that mastering the standard structure and writing approach of SCI papers, coupled with extensive reading and a focus on the clarity of logical flow, is an effective way to enhance the quality of English-language scientific manuscripts. The structural connection analysis framework proposed in this paper can provide a systematic reference for researchers new to SCI paper writing.
